Sapphire RX 580 8GB Driver crash

Every time I play Assassins Creed: Origins after approx. 4 mins later the game and the driver crashes. It happened so much before I somehow solved it but now even though I tried everything it keeps crashing. I am seriously thinking to give my graphics card back but in the country I live GPUs are more expensive than anything. Does anyone know how to get rid of this problem?

Since this is only 3 weeks old, i will reply here so someone notices. I have the exact same problem. Playing AC: Origins and the game freezes, screen goes black and it crashes to windows displaying the amd crash report. Today (20. 4.) new driver version came out, so i hoped it will fix the issue, but it didn't. 
I have 3 days new fresh installed win10. 
AMD FIX YOUR **bleep** DRIVERS!

i have reinstalled win10, everything is up to date....

AMD, fix your **bleep** drivers!
