Im looking for the original BIOS for my Sapphire RX 570 4 GB but I couldn't find the one with Micron VRAM. Original owner of the card changed the original BIOS with a mining BIOS because of that ı can't install the driver.

TechPowerUp also has the BIOS Installer to download in case you need the Installation App.

One of the replies includes a link to TechPowerUp vBIOS which he mentions seems to be the closest to his GPU card.
You might try to open a Sapphire Support ticket and see if they will send you a link to the original BIOS for your Sapphire GPU card.
Let them know what happened and your GPU card is second hand. Most likely they won't since you are not the original owner but no harm in trying.
