Having the exact same problem.
It was working mere 2 days ago. It is also a brand new windows for me (funnily the old copy did work a few days ago as well but I deleted that old copy already).

I tried redownloading, reinstalling, removing, cleaning registry for any ryzen master, clean the directory..etc..
Disabled antivirus, disabled defender, disabled firewall.
Virtualization is enabled.
