Ryzen Master: What is casuing this error?

So when playing the game Rainbow Six Siege occasionally my game will crash and both monitors will go black for a few seconds, sometimes even completely loosing signal. After digging into windows event finder I found this message:

I also get this message a few seconds before from the Nvidia OpenGL driver:

Unable to recover from a kernel exception. The application must close.

Error code: 3 (subcode 2)
(pid=14320 tid=2788 amd ryzen master.exe 64bit)

I have looked into these errors online but found nothing, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Ryzen Master but that also has no effect, I'm starting to worry if my CPU is damaged or something. It is a Ryzen 5 3600
