I just changed my processor, which was a 2700X, to a 3800XT. I have not changed the motherboard which is an ASUS Crossahir VII Hero (Wi-Fi) which has the latest BIOS version (4007).
Ryzen Master worked great with my 2700X. Ryzen Master tells me "it doesn't support this processor". I uninstalled Ryzen Master, clear cache, clear registry, same thing. I used the "AMD Cleanup Utility" same result.
I have to say that when I reinstall Ryzen Master it installs without a problem. But, even if I ask that the shortcut be my on my desktop, it does not appear and the famous problem occurs when I ask to start the program after installation.
I reinstall my BIOS, erase the CMOS, try to find solutions on the internet without success. I just don't see it.
