I am experiencing flicking issues on a couple games but not all of them. The main two I notice it on is The Witcher 3 https://youtu.be/h_qE5kFcWUU and Warzone https://youtu.be/Mizh-WRnzVM. The thing with the flickering is its present on The Witcher 3 video but does not show up when I watch the video back on Youtube. That was way the warzone video was recorded on my phone to show the effect.
I have the latest drivers 21.12.1 and a 450B Tomahawk MSI Motherboard 750w Bronze EVGA psu for reference. I have tried clean installs of windows and drivers and still get the issue but it is only for a couple of games Mount and Blade II works with no flickers but Battlefield 2042 has flickers similar to Warzone. I have tried Apex and I get the same flickering that I get on the Warzone video that appears to be the most common issue I am running into.
