Ryzen 3500U + vega 8 - sometimes bad stuttering on YT videos after a while. 100% GPU spikes/utlisation every 2-3 seconds or so.

Huawei Matebook D15 laptop - AMD 3500u.

Latest 20.4.2 stable drivers + Windows 2004.

Everything runs fine but sometimes, after a while of browing on Edge/Chrome I get really bad stuttering on YT/Vimeo... just about any video, even on 720p w/ high GPU usage (spiking to 100% when stuttering). Almost stock Windows with very few legit programs. I reinstalled Windows - same behaviour.

Any suggestions?

It happen on my laptop Acer nitro 5 2019 too, ryzen 5 3550H with lastest driver and win 10 2004, it happen with almost everytime I play video, online and offline, use my GTX 1650 to run these video is fined but I dont want to use my VGA for browser
