RX6800 has too low raster performance on Serif Affinity V2.

Hi,

Serif Affinity Photo V2 is released. It can enable OpenCL hardware acceleration with Radeon RDNA/RDNA2.

But the performance is too low.

On Affinity Photo V2 bencmark with Adrenaline 22.10.3,

Raster (Multi CPU): 559 (Ryzen 9 3900X)
Raster (Single GPU): 902 (AMD Radeon RX 6800)
Raster (Single GPU): 1925 (AMD Radeon (TM) Graphics in Ryzen 7 PRO 4750G)
Raster (Single GPU): 6726 (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070)

It's too lower performance than GTX 1070.
Even more surprisingly, it has only half the performance of Renoir.

Is there anyway to get more raster performance?

It's a nearly two year old OpenCL kernel problem with AMD gfx cards. It still hasn't been fixed. Try turning off the hw accelerator to see if that helps.

Thank you, but the hw acceleration off does not resolve low performance issue.

I will buy GeForce at next time if the AMD won't fix this issue at that time.

Have you tried Pro drivers?

I'd tried with AMD Software Pro 22.Q4 with my Radeon RX6800.

Raster (Single GPU) : 902
It's same result of Adrenalin 22.11.1.

It's slower than Ryzen 7 PRO 4750G APU.
