The Hardware ID only tells you what type of GPU card you have but not the Manufacturer.

So, Download and run GPU-Z to find out the Make & Model and Manufacturer of your RX 580 GPU card.

Then go to TechPowerUp website vBIOS Database and look up your GPU Card and see which BIOS it has from here: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/

TechPowerUp also has the program to install the vBIOS to your AMD GPU Card.

NOTE: Have you tried to contact the Manufacturer's Support site to see if they can give the vBIOS to your GPU card?

EDIT: Please translate your next reply into English since this is a English Only forum.

Then I suggest you open a AMD SUPPORT Ticket and ask them if they can give you a link for the vBIOS for your AMD made RX 580 from here: https://www.amd.com/en/forms/contact-us/support.html

I think you are using a modified(Non-regular) BIOS.

Looking at your vBIOS version it seem to be the same ones on most of the Non-AMD RX 580 from TechPowerUp vBIOS database: 015.050.002.001.00000

If AMD SUPPORT can supply a vBIOS for your GPU card then see which BIOS at TechPowerUp matches the same as your RX 580 GPU card as far as Core/Memory/Boost goes.

The closest one to your 1150/2000 is a GPU card made by HIS:

HIS RX 580 8 GB
IceQ X2 OC
2018-06-05 03:00:00 015.050.002.001.000000 PCI-E 1100 / 2000 GDDR5 Download | Details

But it is best to get the original vBIOS from AMD if that is the manufacturer of your GPU Card.

When you open a AMD SUPPORT supply them with the RX 580 Serial Number to verify it is a AMD GPU card or not.
