RX570 19.9.2 driver

Hello, i have problem with my new GPU or driver. Fresh windows 10 install, fresh driver install 19.12.1 and 19.9.2 with DDU few times and i noticed that driver hungs, after that probably fans wont spinn. Ive set manual fan speed and default and games crash. After crash, AMD settings wont open. BF1, Grid 2, SoulCalubur 6, even Overcooked 2.... Any ideas?

I'd like to add that on my Sapphire Nitro 5700xt, there's a strange buzzing sound coming from my GPU (not PSU, I checked) whenever I scroll or move some windows around. It's not a coil whine (or at least it is, but not like I've had in the past). Doesn't happen when on previous driver.
