Hi

I have just bought a Sapphire pulse radeon rx 560 2gb  (6 pin power) version

When i tried ti install Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.12.1 Optional (WHQL) at 80% screen went black

and the PC restarted the drivers had partly installed as i had full 1080p display but when i tried to run

anything like mp4 video or a benchmark the pc would restart.

I the used DDU and installed WHOL 17.30.1041 R4 which installed.

I can run the GPU Test and sometimes i get a black screen while other times it run the entire benchmark

but again as soon as i start a mp4 video file i get a black screen and restart

also if i try to run Heaven Benchmark low settings (see pics) DX9 11 or openGL the benchmark starts for 2 secs and then

its black screen restart

But

If I start in Safe Mode or use DDU and use PC without drivers then can watch mp4 files without problems but i cant run any benchmarks as i have no GPU drivers installed

My previous card had no problems 9500gt 1gb ive uploaded a few photos, if you need more info just ask

dont know if its a faulty GPU or a software conflict, should a GPU Bios flash help

After Black screen when PC restarts i get this screen for 1 sec

when running GPU stress Test GPU temp hits 72c but i stopped it just incase i damaged GPU but i didnt get restart though

still black screened and crashed 2 secs in benchmark

been trying for a couple of days with no luck

ive already repasted GPU TIM would

downgrading to Windows 7 64 bit

or

Undervolting GPU

or

Heatgun the bare GPU board

or

flashing the GPU Bios  Help in anyway
