RX 7900 XTX Weird OC bug Adrenalin 23.3.1

Gotta make this finding known!

So I have found a weird issue with the current driver ( Adrenalin 23.3.1 ) on windows 11 surrounding overclocking and undervolting.

What happens is the core clock will shoot up by 100+ MHZ over your set max boost clock causing your Vram clocks to plummet to 0mhz.

It's very weird, one moment I was able to clock my max at 3200mhz, my ram to 2800mhz @1030mv and beat scores in time spy extreme, Speedway and port royal ( under r9 7900x/ RX 7900 XTX ) shut down my pc, turn it on once I returned to find my settings reset as if it crashed and the wattage stating -1 under stress test.

Try to run the benchmarks again after reloading my settings only to crash over and over again, modify my setting bringing the clocks down and still crashing. While I was doing so I viewed my metrics recorded by another program to show the clocks skyrocketing and Vram plummeting.

I Also upped the voltage back to stock * 1150mv * to find my core clocks go down from stock 2950 to 27xx yet my temps are far from thermal throttle limits.

Also to be noted my card at stock uses on average 980mv give or take at 2950core/2500ram

I currently have my clocks at factory default and am stable so it's not the hardware, also my ASIC  43% ( less voltage leak, uses less voltage to drive clocks )

Something is very wrong with these drivers big time.
