RX 7600 won't display any images

I recently bought a Gigabyte RX 7600 (Gaming OC model), but I can't make any of my monitors display images when the thing is installed!

I have a 750w power supply, brand new.
Mother board is Gigabyte AB350-MGaming 3
16(2x8) GB Hyper X RAM
Ryzen 2400g

I can get the computer to post and boot to Windows 10 just fine using the integrated graphics, so I thought I could just download the necessary drivers and install them like that before restarting the computer and switch the HDMI cable from my main monitor to the GPU, but the Adrenaline Drivers only auto detect the 2400G Vega 11 graphics and the dedicated drivers for the RX 7600 only state the installer can't go any further because it can't detect a RX 7600 cards installed.

I tried cleaning CMOS, using DDU, AMD's uninstalling tool, removing the GPU multiple times, any and everything I could think of!

PC posts and boots with the GPU plugged in but won't show anything on the other monitors plugged in.
Oh, and the backplate on the GPU is hot too, and so is the RGB logo working normally, so it's clearly receiving power.

What can I do?

Download & save the full RX7600 driver package.

Check that the motherboard bios setting is not on 'IGPU initial display' (or similar wording), refer to mobo manual.

Remove monitor connection from the mobo, only connect to the graphics card.

Should boot with basic windows display driver, install saved driver pkg.

Afterwards, disable the 2400G graphics. It is no longer of any use.

Update your bios as well if you haven't.
