"HAGS" only works with the Adrenalin 20.5.1 Beta Driver, no other driver version after it supports it. Also only for the RX 5000 series cards, not RX 6000 cards.
i have a rx 5700xt so your saying that if I role back my driver to 2020.5.1 i will be able to use the hardware acceleration gpu scheduling. Won't i go back to suffering all the driver issues with anti lag and enhanced sync
