I bought a RX 6750 XT from Gigabyte and it ran without any issues. After I installed the AMD software Adrenalin the coil whining started and never stopped even when I played at 60 fps. I asked the dealer and they send me a replacement for my card.
Again no problems until I installed Adrenalin. I uninstalled Adrenalin from my PC and the coil whining was gone. I installed it it's there again. I just did a stress test to see how it would react and to my surprise it went quiet. When the graphics card is under some heavy load the coil whining goes away but if it's just chilling doing minimal work it incereases and I don't know anymore. I want to use Adrenalin for clipping my gameplay but with this coil whining it's just annoying. I hope anyone has an idea what's causing it and if I can fix that somehow
