I recently bought a rx 6700 xt and i noticed that in some of the games the water/shadows look noisy/pixelated

Sapphire pulse rx 6700 xt
Ryzen 5 5600X
16gb ddr4 3200mhz ram
Seasonic gc12 750w gold psu
Im using 1080p and HDMI
Adrenailne version: 23.7.2
Ive tried reinstalling drivers with DDU
i dont have any upscaling or super resolution turned on
