Hello everyone! English is not my native language. I apologize for the mistakes.
I have an XFX RX 6700 XL SPEEDSTER 309 card. Games constantly crash and have a black screen. Windows 10 Home edition OS, after a crash that can only be cured by forcefully restarting the computer, disables the video card in the task manager and must be enabled again in the task manager. AMD Adrenaline reports that no drivers were detected. To start the computer I need to do 2 reboots. The card passes all stress tests normally. AIDA, O S S T, FURMARK, SUPERPOSITION. I reinstalled the drivers, uninstalled them via DDU, and turned off automatic Windows updates. Nothing helps. I'm afraid I'll have to return the card to the store. It's impossible to play. and it doesn’t seem to me that the core frequency is somehow too high. MSI AFTERBURNER shows maximum core clock of 2609 MHz
The problem arose after replacing the video card from RX 6600 to RX 6700. RX 6600 manufacturer AsRock. There were no problems with this card.
My PC: ASUS TF GAMING B450M PRO GAMING motherboard
processor: RYZEN 3600
memory: APACER DDR4 3200 Mhz 2x16 (XMP disabled)
Power supply: Cougar 750 watt
Yes, today after work I removed the new drivers using the DDU utility and installed the older version drivers that you recommended. Now I'm testing it in games.
I found the reason for the black screen. The power supply unit, namely the capacitor, has failed. The power supply has been replaced for 2 days, everything is fine. I hope I was able to help someone
Great, glad to hear it's resolved. Enjoy!
