My mouse is stuttering when i Open a Game on background and surf on google or discord or another app. It doesn't happen on desktop, i have to open some app to have this issue. My pc is not slowing, only the mouse stutters in apps like google. As soon as i open google it begins. And it changes game to game. In spiderman it happens. But rdr2 it does not. Or in minecraft it does not happen. But in god of war, the stutter happens in alt+tab. My processor is i5 9400f. It is not good for this gpu i know but it is not related to it because on 22.5.2 driver i don't have this issue. I'm using 22.11.1 driver right now and i have this issue. On 22.10.3, 22.10.2 and 22.10.1 i have this issue too. These are the drivers i tried for now. 22.10.1 is not so bad actually but it happens rarely. Why is this happening, i can't get it.
