rx 6600xt video playback stutters in videoplayers while freesync is on.

so the problem described in the topic, also seeing microstutters in cs go particular even if freesync is off, not sure about other games.
last driver w/o this problems was 22.11.2

Not fixed in 23.4.2
microstutters in cs go, and while select text in windows seems to be gone after updating chipset drivers (i'm on b550 btw)

Most people said 22.5.1 and 22.11.2 is the best stable that just working flawless (at least).

sorry to say, just go between those versions above.

not fixed in 23.7.1
there is also a new problem in this driver, colors in the video in the video players is pale

Just found out that this problem persist on all apps, when they running on windowed fullscreen (borderless) mode with freesync enabled, checked on games with newer version, which is 23.9.1, stuttering (jittering) is still there. With older driver 22.11.2 apps running smoothly. So when i need to play newer games i need to juggle with drivers, "great" experience from AMD.
