This will be the last Windows 7 AMD Driver update.

Seems like AMD has stopped supporting Windows 7 with Driver updates besides Windows 8/8.1.

I suggest you update to Windows 11 unless your PC is not compatible with Windows 11 then Windows 10 until, at least, 2025.
