Rx 580 XFX strange squares all over the monitor

Hello, I have a problem with my rx 580. When I start any game at the very beginning, not always but very often I see strange squares on the entire screen and after a while it crashes me onto the desktop and writes that the driver time limit exceeded
. The graphics card is new. I bought a whole computer from a recommended computer store. I uninstalled the drivers and installed the older 20.11.2 and had 20.12.1 and the same problem. I don't know what else to do to keep everything running without worrying that the game won't start.

If it's new and has warranty, why are you writing that here? Go to the seller and explain the situation. They should take it back for testing. Strange artifacts on the screen usually point to faulty video memory from what I know. If it happens with different driver versions, it's easier to take it for testing than to fiddle yourself, unless you're an hour long drive from the store.
