Hello

Why does the system freeze after installing the internal graphics card and external video card drivers? If I do not install the driver for the internal video card, there is no problem.

AMD Software Adrenalin Edition freezes on drivers later than 23.8.2

AMD Ryzen 7 7700x

AMD Radeon RX 580

The RX 580 and 7700X IGP are generations apart, do you have a need to use the IGP? If not, disable it in BIOS.

When I disable it in BIOS, there is no image from the external graphics card. I found a solution by preventing the internal graphics card driver installation.

AMD Settings are causing it.

If AMD Settings are installed, it freezes, only when the driver is installed, it does not freeze.

what AMD Setting you mean ?

i have same issues, amd adrenalin installed, my pc freeze for now i use Microsoft Basic Adapter driver and cant play a game

It work at first time

I try watching multiple youtube 2 hour, playing game

But after i turn off my pc, when i turn on my pc make sound 5 short beep, and the driver error again

I try do the same but now, it freeze again

Can you try separately, with one of the memories installed?

5 short beep Process failure.

Is there a screenshot of the error? Has a dump file been created?
