My issue:

  • I've the lastest driver version but each time I start the PC AMD software reminds me there's a new driver version for update, the 18.12.2. What shoud I do? Should I reinstall previous version? There is any problem with 18.12.3 version? When I had 18.12.2 installed the new version 18.12.3 appears as optional .. that's the problem? I shouldn't install an optional version because .. I don't know what?

JZ C_hrist...there are dozens of identical posts on the forum...let me read to you the answer to your question.

1. It's a bug

2. Nothing you can do about it

3. It doesn't affect the driver performance

4. Ignore it (or go post on a forum)

a few more:

In Radeon Settings/preferences  is "Notifications" off?

'"    "             "                 "              "   "show upgrade advisor" off?

or

You could just install 18.12.2  not much difference.
