I have Windows 11. Sometimes my PC suddenly goes black screen. I've already checked the temperatures, it doesn't overheat, and the CPU stays at 50 when on idle and 60 - 70 celsius when gaming (currently using a wraith prism cooler). While GPU remains around 70 celsius when gaming or in use and 58 at idle

Is your motherboard's BIOS up to date?

Do you have the latest AM4 chipset drivers installed from AMD.com?

Is your Windows install up to date?

What power supply make/model are you running?

You should be running separate power cables from your power supply to each power input on your 5700XT

I have an EVGA 850 B5. My BIOS is up to date as well.
