RX 5700 XT performance drops with new driver

I have tried to update drivers numerous times but performance drops in Geekbench compute benchmark from around 83 000 to 31 000 or so. Only version of the driver I'm getting over 80 000 is 21.2.3. All the settings have been same as has my setup. Setup is B550, 3900X, 32GB 3600Mhz RAM and RX 5700 XT OC.

my card (6800) is running worse as well, I have been having more skips.
