Hey guys,
Since a few days I'm not able to take screenshots with the Radeon Software. It closes when I use hotkey CTRL+SHIFT+I, even when I changed the hotkey. When I disable the hotkeys, this problem doesn't appear, but then I'm not able to take screenshots obviously. It is running in the background though.
After trying some things out, I also figured out that I can't record and I'm also not able to show Metrics Overlay in-game. So somehow the software isn't working properly with Windows 11 it seems. I've upgraded from 10 to 11 since Tuesday, but I'm having this problem since Wednesday.
- Uninstall/Install doesn't fix the problem, it stays the same;
- Downgrading didn't help either;
- Tried this option as well, Re: AMD software problem - AMD Community but I don't see the option to deselect 'Do not include driver with Windows Updates.
