When im watching videos or at idle moslty while im watching videos core clock, gpu usage and gpu wattage go over the place unless i open radeon overlay monitoring then core clock and memory clock stays at 300 mhz and wattage stays at around 6-9w at idle and 9-13w at videos even at 4k. But when i close the overlay core clock, wattage and usage start to increase core clocks are in the attachement and wattage increase from 9-13 watt to 25-45 watt sometimes it works just fine with unstable values but sometimes windows freezes until i close that video player or chrome. Every single driver was up to date and i tried older versions, tried disabling hdmi sound and some features but it is still same and im hopeless.Also card is rog strix and i m using it at default settings no oc.
Psu, cpu and mb chipset are changed, hdd, ssd and rams are tested seperatly for this issue but it still exists.Unfortunately i can not rma gpu. Any suggestions? Thanks.
