Prior to the RX470 I was using the GTX 770 but that died so then I switched to the onboard until I bought the RX470.
I uninstalled both NVidia and Intel drivers using DDU (18.0.0.1) in Safe Mode before installing the AMD drivers.
I have tried both 18.5.1 and 18.9.2 of the drivers.
The RX470 works perfectly fine in Ubuntu (tested using benchmarks and games), it is just Windows that gives the error 43 in Device Manager.
