When you restart the computer, the settings that I selected in the XML file are reset to the standard settings.

I tried to do just "Lowering the voltage", but it turns off the passive coolers and in general they work with this setting very poorly
Then I did "auto voltage reduction" manually. The card works stably, but when you restart or turn off the computer, my settings are reset
