When I want to enter the game, it asks me to update to a new version. The problem is that I updated and the latest version on the Radeon R9 380 is 22.6.1.I tried to reinstall but it doesn't help. Please help, I will be very grateful to you!

The R9 380 is from 2015 and is end-of-life, the 22.6.1 is the last Windows driver version available. It does support DirectX 12 but only 12.0 not the latest revision 12.2 from 2020. This is a hardware limitation, updated drivers would not help.

Have you tried simply clicking past the warning and playing the game with the 22.6.1 version? If you tried that and still having problems you'll need to decide if it's worth upgrading the graphics card for that game.
