??? any common fixes that I can't seem to find online? Only posts I see about this issue are from 2017 and they only say to update drivers for fix but this is on the latest driver release.

Same here. I've only seen a solution on my pc when i completely restart amd settings. Nothing else that people say to do works

this may not work for you but i wasnt able to record black ops 4 during the beta but when i turned on borderless capture i was able to it may not work but its worth a shot
