ReLive recording at very high bitrate with AVC encoding regardless of what the bitrate is set to

Every time I record a video using ReLive, whether with Instant Replay or by manually starting and ending a recording, the bitrate of the video is very high, sometimes going beyond 150 mbps, making even the shortest videos several hundred megabytes large. It doesn't care what my bitrate is set to in the Record & Stream settings. I'm currently on the AFMF 2 preview drivers, but this was happening on 24.7.1 as well. Av1 and HEVC encoding works just fine. This only happens when it's set to AVC, which I use for Discord embed compatibility

That's strange. I had 24.3.1 driver and everything was fine. Installed AFMF 2 preview driver, and it broke AVC encoder the same way you described. Recorded files were very huge and had up to 180 mbps bit rate. Tried factory reset, didn't help. So I uninstalled it through DDU and installed 24.7.1. Right now AVC is working the way it should. I'll try to import my old settings and see what will happen.

P.S: I have Win 10 Home, RX6600. Sent bug report while I was on AFMF 2 preview driver.

Just installed 24.9.1 driver with official AFMF 2 support, no high bitrate related issues.
