Relive not installed but processes active

A clean install displays Relive is not installed. Why then are its processes running?

amddvr.exe 3272kB AMD Relive: Host Application

amdow.exe 2508kB AMD Relive: Desktop Overlay

Wonder why they're using so much memory...Don't worry about them, they're not doing anything, and this isn't 1995 so 6MB of RAM usage isn't going to matter, likely they're installed and never activated.

Not worried Only a logical response to out of place processes.

Observed in both

win7-64bit-radeon-software-adrenalin-edition-18.1.1-jan18

Non-WHQL-Win7-64Bit-Radeon-Software-Crimson-ReLive-17.9.1-Sep7

Also observed none are running after reboot. When Radeon Settings is opened they start.

Could be the names that cause confusion and nothing more

I don't install Relive either, and noticed that the recent drivers install a 'DVR start' entry that is enabled. Using autoruns.
