Update:
Hello,
Since the new driver, I can no longer use my HP Pavilion and Phillips Smart TV as a cloned ad. The screen Hertz can not be adjusted and throws a dash through the picture with each shooter. In the previous drivers, this worked fine so far and I just selected the display monitor with the lowest Hertz number. Another problem is that since the Crimson driver the settings function always gets stuck and can not be restarted with a software update of the PC with the software.

Hallo,

Very sorry but even with the translation to English it is pretty tough to figure out exactly what your problem is. I am not sure if you are trying to set up more than one monitor or if two monitors can't be set up with each monitors native refresh rate. You gave no OS information. I can tell you though that at least in Windows 10 custom refresh rates and multi monitors can be set in the Windows setting and not the AMD driver.
This link may offer some help:
How to Change Monitor Refresh Rate in Windows 10 - Quehow
Good Luck!
I use 2x cloned 1:1 monitor+tv with hdmi. My system is in a DXDiag.txt i have it upload. When i use Windows 7 64bit system refresh rates, it's make a line in the middle of the screen when i play shooters an use the mouse. At last driver this settings works really good, but i dont can play games how witcher 1. I don't use Windows 10 because many bugs and forced update.
It sure looks then like you truly have a driver that has changed things. You may or may never get the help you need or the driver fixed by reporting it here. These forums are mostly users like you and with a little experience trying to help others and a couple of AMD guys that check in to help. This doesn't mean that your issue gets reported to the driver guys at AMD. I would suggest you report your issue directly to AMD issue reporting form: AMD Issue Reporting Form Good luck getting this fix and maybe someone else will come along with good help.
Many Thanks. pokester
