Describing my issue:

• Relive keeps saying "insufficient bandwidth" while OBS works flawlessly even with a higher bitrate.

Trying to stream in 1080p@30 with 10Mbit/s, but even with lower settings I get the same error and stutters in video. No issues with OBS AMF so, even with 15Mbit/s. My upload speed is 20Mbit/s.

• Doesn't depend on a specific game, tryied PUBG, CSGO, Rust
  
• 1920x1080, normal preset

I have the same problem. Relive keeps saying "you may have insufficient bandwidth to support your current quality" even if I set it to 360p at 30fps. If I preview the stream it just keeps buffering, playing like 1 second then buffering again, even the advert at the start.
Switching to OBS works perfectly, even at 1080p at 60fps.

Also at peak times my download speed is around 37.6mb, upload = 9.4mb, 7ms ping, so I don't think it's my connection.
Anyone know what's wrong? I prefer to use relive if possible, but that isn't currently! System specs below. Thanks!

I confirm. Relive cannot stably pass a stream above 10-11 mb / s. And this is not due to an internet connection problem.
There are no problems on the OBS when setting the bitrate higher. This problem is and remains now! There is also a problem with slowing down the overlay itself, it either does not respond to opening hot keys at all, or opens belatedly.

My video card sapphire rx 5700 xt pulse.
