Relive is recording only 1kb files, after upgrading Windows to 1903 and AMD driver to 19.6.1

My system is 

CPU:2700X

GPU:Vega 56 Nano

Relive has been working fine until I decided to upgrade the Windows to Mat update (1903) and GPU driver to (19.6.1). I also upgraded the BIOS to 1.0.0.1 for the new Ryzen CPUs.


As a result, now Relive doesn't work. It gives only 1 kB files and they aren't playable.

I tried reinstalling the driver using DDU, no luck. Any ideas?

Is there some reason you are running a 3 year old version of windows?
