AMD Software Adrenalin Edition™ 24.12.1 has a chance of causing a black screen upon startup, while the indicator light remains normal. This issue occurs with the RX7600XT graphics card. It existed before version 10.1, which was resolved with the package released on October 31st. However, after updating to version 24.12.1 from the AMD Software Adrenalin Edition, the issue has reappeared.
