hi, i have AMD RX6600Xt GPU,my issue is my recorded game-play is stuttering when i ply them. i used AMD adrenalin recording to record my game-play and im using latest AMD driver that just released in December and im using (Recommended WHQL driver) not the PRO or OPTIONAL. My setting was 1080p,video bit 100,fps 60,video format AVC,audio format 192.
when i playing the game there is no any issues. my game-play fps was 200fps(resident evil 3). plz help.

rx6600xt 8GB
500GB ssd (addlink ssd)
16GB ram
win 10 pro
