Record & Stream feature doesn't show up in radeon software

I use an AMD processor and graphics card, and I don't have this option, Record & Stream, to use AMD Link.

Here is my configuration, I am running Windows 11 Professional.

The card does not have the hardware encode/decode capabilities for record & stream.

Only the RX6600 & higher have them.
