Recent AMD drivers have killed games that use D3D9: New Vegas, Fallout and now Oblivion

So with all the posts about Fallout 3 and New Vegas not working I discovered that Obivion is having issues too, With Bloom or HD turned on you get a grey screen. If you turn them off you get no shadows in the game at all.

I have found a workaround for Fallout New Vegas on Nexus mods. You just download a d3d9.dll file and put it in the game folder. This did not work for me on Epic, but it is working on GOG and Steam. Also, they did include Fallout in the coming fixes in the driver release notes for 24.5.1.
