is pci bus drivers needed on win 11, on win 10 it is installed and will update when installing gpu drivers. if re size is enabled when installing win 11 it will install pci bus driver but not updating when installing newer gpu drivers 23.11.1 or 23.12.1, if u enable re size after installing win 11 and updating gpu drivers it only uses standart windows pci express root driver?
