I discovered the bug while browsing in the Steamstore. Sometimes when a video is played, the screen would suddenly go completely black. And until i have scrolled down and the video was no longer visible my screen keeped black.
To reproduce the error you just have to scroll up and down several times.
I have a Viewsonic XG2401 with Adaptive Sync. If I turn that off, I don't have the error. But that shouldn't be a solution.
Also, I found that the error occurs when I watch videos with Win10 Movies&TV app. Annoying. Scrolling is not possible and I have to lock the screen for a moment.
While playing a video this error did not occur yet.
I installed the 22.3.2 a few days ago. I had no problems with version 21.10.2......
