RadeonSettings Not Opening....The icon still in taskbar but not open. 

I installed the last drivers 19.5.2 i use ddu i reinstalled but nothing changed.

Does it open from 'Start menu', pinned to 'Taskbar', or from 'Context menu' when right click desktop screen.

I just tried it from the tray icon, needed to double click it.

Post a pic/snip from device mngr > display adapter > driver,

If you downloaded the full driver pkg and haven't deleted the stored files in 'Local disk 'C' > AMD, find the file i've marked in snip and try installing that (the B......will be different number).

There's new 19.6.1, try that by doing a Clean Install AMD Graphics Drivers

AMD settings Lite, you have windows insider preview build.

Can't help with that.

Windows 10 version 1903 has some problems with responsiveness and its already being fixed and should be on an update rollup before long
