hi , just intalled last 20.2.1 on my radeon VII ... as long as I don't try to oc everything seems ok

If I try to go beyond 1800mhz , it downclocks at the opposite ...

when i set 2155 it goes 1550

when i set 2000 it goes 1650 ...

already  happened in some previous drivers releases ...

switching back to 20.1.3

just reinstalled 20.1.3 ... now they do the same as 20.2.1 ... so frustrating ... 1 hour  lost and still can't play ...

ok i think i found the solution , i just saw that I unlocked the clocks by opening some tabs in wattman .. so , reinstalled 20.2.1 and in fact I think it's the fan that has to be at a certain value to unlock the oc (my radeon VII is on watercooling so these fan values don't affect my wc fans , but it seems it unlocks some oc abilities.....)
