Radeon VII - DPM0 State 25mhz

Hello.

The DPM0 state of 25mhz is too low for GUI animation, its lagging on DAW software, it needs to be 350 or maybe 500mhz not 25mhz.

The FuryX was 400mhz on the p0 state. It was perfect.

The VII feels like its lagging all the time.

At least give the user the option to edit this value.

Give us control of the card and we will fix the issues.

This is all insane now, 25mhz is too low and 2662mhz is too high.

Update here.

This would be fixed if the 'Power Efficiency' option was available for the VII.

Its hidden in the driver so AMD Team please allow this option for the VII.

Anyone got any ideas how to fix this?

There is a value in the registry, where I'm not sure, but each driver had a slightly different DPM0 state.
