Radeon Software Tab grayed out , transparent in the mid

Whenever I start a game and open Radeon Software after starting the game, the Tab is grayed out and I don't know why. If I ever want to open Radeon Software, so I have to open Radeon Software from the beginning, when finished booting the PC.

i have got the same problem. i can open RS after system reboot only
