hello, can i ask why my overlay shows 0% on usage on cpu

That is on going issue they are working on it they even said it in thier patch notes .

The issue is still not fixed for me. 
I am using AMD 3700x and RX 5700XT anniversary edition.

Any solution how could it be solved.
