i purchased a laptop 

its specs is ryzen 3 3300u with radeon vega 6 and i installed the radeon software after some time there was a error that the driver version dont match after 1 month when i installed the windows 11 i installed the radeon software again but it stucks in downloading packages pls help and when i try to uninstall it stucks in detecting amd hardware pls help me

Windows 11 is not yet officially supported by AMD, so Win.10 driver/software may have issues. 

You are supposed to use the driver installed from MS (and there is a radeon software version from MS store).

Try https://www.elevenforum.com/ for instructions on installing it.
