Radeon software detects the presence of one or more panels with high dpi values connected to the system. Turning% 2 on will increase the resolution and you can customize the DPI settings.

When I installed my board drivers, an rx 570 gave me this legend. What should I do?. I have a curved samsung 24 "monitor

It is not an issue, just the software letting you know it has recognized your monitors dpi/ppi (pixel count).

If you want, web search 'what is a high dpi monitor' for technical explanations.

What is your AMD software version? 20.5.1 or not? If not, please update it.
