When my PC starts, the settings for the GPU power limit are already set to +20% by default for some reason. No, I haven't touched that setting, and haven't done anything that could affect it - it is simply already set to +20% from the moment Windows loads the software. It happens every time. I've only fiddled with and saved one configuration (.xml file) with my own settings for the performance tuning tab, but that configuration, funny enough, has the GPU power limit slider set to -15% (negative 15), due to the hiccups with the PSU in tense situations. I don't really understand how Radeon Software can decide on its own to change my settings, especially with a "manual" mode turned on.
+20% power limit
P.S. And, please, don't advise me to install the latest driver software version 21.4.1 or 21.5.1, because I've already tried 21.4.1 and the dаmned thing screwed my system in some way, which causes random occasional black screens with white static noise sometimes (not in the audio, but on the screen) to appear for a few seconds now. It still keeps on happening, even though I've reverted back to the version 20.12.1.
